If you are interested in attending a workshop or receving additional about the projects just contact us via e-mail at bcurbanecology@bc.edu. Or you can contact Dr. Peter Piazza at piazzap@bc.edu or give him a call at 617-552-1563.
To view many of the files that are in the curriculum download section you will need ArcView or a GIS reader. You can download ArcReader from ESRI's website. However, ArcReader will only allow you to view the files and not edit them. To edit and change the files for your location you will need Arc GIS from ESRI. To run the economic analysis you will need CITYGreen from American Forests. CITYGreen requries that you have ArcGIS installed on your computer.

3. To subscribe to the Boston College Urban Ecology listserv follow the below steps:
- Log in to the email account where you wish to receive the messages from the listserv.
- Compose an email to: majordomo@listserv.bc.edu
- Leave the subject of the email empty.
- In the body of the message enter the following (where "listname" is the actual name of the listserv you want to join): subscribe bcurbanecology
- Remove any other text from the body of the message (such as your signature file).
- Send the email.
- Within a few minutes, you receive a confirmation email letting you know you successfully subscribed to the listserv.

4. How long are the curriculum projects and am I allowed to change them?
Each curriculum project is approximately 2-3 weeks long depending on how many of the lessons that you choose to implement. If you do make changes to the materials please contact us to us know what changes you made to the materials.
5. Is there a stipend available for using the materials in my classroom?
Yes. The current stipend is $1000 through funding the ITEST program. This stipend will continue until the end of the end of the 2008 spring term (so June of 2008).
